Feel Seen,
Feel Heard
You deserve to feel seen, heard, and fully understood — not just in theory, but in the room with someone who really gets it.I bring a big heart, a curious mind, and lived experience as someone who’s queer and neurodivergent. I know what it’s like to move through the world in a way that doesn’t always fit the mold — and I offer a space where you don’t have to explain the basics. My natural way of being is to tune in, to make sure you feel genuinely met. Our relationship is central to the work — we’ll build trust together, at your pace. I draw from Internal Family Systems, Somatic, and Experiential therapies, and often bring in creative tools when words aren’t enough. Therapy doesn’t have to stay in your head; I’m here to help you explore, express, and heal in the ways that feel most true to you.
Fees & FAQ
Standard sessions are 50 minutes in length for $180. I also provide prorated sessions, as needed, for 75 minutes or 100 minutes in length.
I am dedicated to equity when it comes to affording therapy. A few of my sessions each week have a therapy fee of $140 for those who need it. Book a consultation here with me to inquire further.
As a Registered Social Worker (RSW) all of my services are exempt from HST. There is no additional tax on top of the numbers you see here.
Yes, a receipt is provided after the session when the transaction is processed online through the secure Jane App system. You may submit the receipt from each appointment to be reimbursed through your extended health benefits.
Insurance plans can cover much of the fees for therapy and sliding scale options may be provided for a select amount of time slots to support your ability to access services. Please ask me for support if you are having trouble submitting a claim.
Checking with your health insurance provider can be a good way to make sure they cover my services as a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist with a Masters of Social Work (MSW, RSW).
Please cancel with at least 48 hours notice. You will be charged the full fee if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice.
Whether you have been to therapy or not, it is normal to feel nervous, especially about a first session. I understand that it takes courage to reach out, and my priority is building your trust by providing a safe atmosphere.
This means, while I ask questions to get to know you, it will always be your choice whether or not to talk about a certain topic. My aim is to help you feel comfortable so that you can get the most out of our time together.
Yes, all of our sessions will be fully confidential, unless I have written permission from you to share information. The only exceptions to confidentiality are:
- If I have reason to believe you are in immediate risk to harm yourself or someone else
- If a child under 16 years old or someone in a Long Term Care Home is at risk of abuse or neglect
- If you report sexual abuse by a Regulated Health Care Professional
- If your file or therapist is subpoenaed by court
We can determine this together when we meet for our first session. I am trained to provide both longer-term therapy approaches and short-term approaches.
After a chance to assess your needs and preferences, we can determine if you may prefer short-term sessions in order to complete a goal, or if you may like support for a longer time to work on longstanding challenges.
While I will provide my professional opinion, the frequency and length of time we work together is up to you.
Let's set up a time to chat.
Therapy That Gets You
Especially If You’re Used to Feeling Misunderstood
I'm in it for the sensitive folks who’ve been trying to “hold it together” for way too long.
Bring Your Whole Self
Messy Parts Included
I work with every part of you, at your pace, with care, and with permission to get to know those parts.Come as you are—even if you're still figuring out who that is.

Big Hearts Burn Out Too
Sensitive people are more likely to burn out—but you probably know that firsthand.Yes, I’m the smiley gal in the photos, and yes, I do love what I do NOW. I’ve also been stressed while in high-pressure worlds: marketing, law firms, Type A teams—and I know how painful it is to give your all to work that just doesn’t fit.If you're feeling the weight of burnout (or trying to avoid it), let’s explore where it comes from—and how we can shift things together.

Areas of Focus
My areas of specialty come from 6 years of post-MSW experience, along with my love of reading and going down rabbit holes to develop keen interests. I attended University of Toronto for a Masters of Social Work. If you're looking for a specialist in these areas, we may be a great fit:
Trauma (IFS, Internal Family Systems, tends to work well with developmental, relational trauma)
Anxiety
Relationships (keeping love alive, transitions, and break-ups)
Depression
ADHD*
Neurodiversity-affirming
Queer-affirming
Burnout from work and/or from being misunderstood
Sex therapy (currently in progress of training with ASTO)
Grief and Loss
*the commonly known term, but it's not an ideal term, so you may have your own term to describe your uniqueness
