What are sessions like with Andrea?

Do you feel the pressure to live life moving full-speed ahead? I help with untangling the web of pressures and stresses so that you can give your all to your relationships and what you care about most.

My goal is to help you feel more secure and to feel confident you’re making each life move intentionally and authentically.

You likely identify with being highly motivated, or that you’re trying to find ways to enjoy life despite the pressures surrounding you to keep-up. You may be craving more control in your life; to make life happen for you, rather than it happening to you.

Depending on your preferences and needs, we will be weaving together a plan of evidence-based practices which are proven to help. I’m dedicated to keeping up with the best practices for therapy. I work with other therapists in the Toronto area to practice what I’ve spent years learning; you’re safe, knowing that I too have experienced the therapy techniques that I offer. If you’re curious, you can see the highlights of the types of therapy techniques that I’m certified for below.

  • That does not make me an expert on your mountain. You know yourself and this mountain best.

About Andrea

I have a Master’s of Social Work from University of Toronto and started working with clients in therapy since 2018.

The main reasons why people work with me are to relieve anxiety, depression, stress, imposter syndrome, burnout, and to improve relationships. My training has focused on supporting people with a trauma-informed approach and my priority is making sure you feel in the driver’s seat while working together.
